JEFFERSON - Roger “Hardrock” Jackson, 80, Jefferson, entered into rest Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Hardrock was born in Jefferson, a son of the late Hoyt C. Jackson and was a plumbing and electrical contractor and a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his father, Hardrock is preceded by brothers, Steve, Warren “Doodle Bug” and Mike Jackson.
Survivors include his daughter, Traci Mathis and her husband Greg, Jefferson; special friend who is like a son, Caleb Edwards, Mt. Airy; and nephew, Steve Jackson, Ohio.
Family to receive friends: Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home with a private memorial service to be held later.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Roger “Hardrock” Jackson to Street Love Ministries, P.O. Box 928, Jefferson, Georgia 30549.
